OMON officers with truncheons and wearing balaclavas chase fleeing people on the sidewalk. They manage to catch up with one man, it happens outside the frame. In a position bent forward and with his arms behind his back, He is taken to a police van.
The video shows that police vehicles are blocking traffic at the intersection of Karl Marx and Stefan Batoryja Streets.

This is a joint case for all videos depicting police damaging cars and persecuting drivers during the night on 11-12 August 2020. All videos were captured in multiple locations in Minsk. This is to demonstrate the scale and barefaced violence against drivers who supported or allegedly supported peaceful protests.
The video captured BelaPAN journalist Tatsiana Bublikova detained by police officers, reportedly after interviewing political prisoner Maria Safonova. Tatsiana was forced to an unmarked minibus without violence, although the police officers (one of them was with a dog) surrounded the journalist and she had no choice but to get in.
