Description

“The video shows several cars pulling up in the far right lane at an intersection, waiting to make a right turn.

Several police vehicles are parked at the intersection. At 00:21 one of them turns on the flashing lights, and the police, among whom the riot police officers dressed in full uniform and the traffic police, begin to walk along the row of cars.

Description

The video was filmed from the balcony of a residential building. In the video, three police cars block a black sedan, around which there are traffic police officers with truncheons.

After some time, a black minibus with no numbers drives up, people in balaclavas and black clothes with “OMON” written on their backs. They demonstrate an extremely high level of violence, run up to the car, start shouting “Get out!” and beat the car with truncheons, trying to hit the people sitting inside through the open windows. Officers take four male passengers out of the car and beat them. Also, a woman gets out of the car, no violence is used against her. The men are pushed into a minibus and taken away, at some point the policeman takes the car keys from the woman’s hands.
