Description

The police detained the victim for spreading leaflets on August 2, 2020. He was released several hours later and given a release document. In the interest of providing additional information, the victim was invited to the ROVD, where the police brought fabricated allegations of assault against him and he was subsequently detained.

Description

The victim was skating with his friend in the backyard of gymnasia No. 15. At or about 11:30 PM, they decided to escort their friend to her home. While they were crossing a parking lot, several men in black uniforms suddenly attacked them. The attackers forced victims with his friend to show the contents of their mobile phones and took them away.

The witness participated in a protest at Pushkinskaya street area.
