The video captures armed fully-equipped personnel running across the 6-lane street in what looks like an attempt to stop a certain car. They fired from automatic weapons at the car in close proximity that manoeuvred to avoid running over one officer and continued moving. It looks like the driver wouldn’t be able to stop in time and then continued to flee from the scene for their life. The personnel continued to fire at the car.

Three or four men forced a bystander into a silver van without a license plate parked nearby. A woman voice-over commented that the victim was walking on a sidewalk when he was apprehended.

Servicemen with shields walked distributed loosely along the highway and nearby sidewalks. A black car attempted to drive out from a courtyard onto the main road. Numerous servicemen rushed on the car and started aggressively hitting it with batons, although the car stopped. The driver attempted to escape, but even more servicemen arrived and destroyed the car. It is not clear what happened to the driver.

There was a small group of people protesting on the pavement. Servicemen and people in civil clothes appeared, seized a protester and forced him into a van. According to the people recording the video and Radio Svaboda, more protesters were detained.

A group of five civilians (possibly protesters, as they were forming a chain) walked along a sidewalk when several servicemen, most of whom were in black uniform, grabbed one of the men, forced him on the ground, and started kicking him and hitting with clubs (his body, hips, head). Then they dragged the victim to an unknown location.

Two young men walked along a sidewalk when four servicemen apprehended them and forced them into a bus parked nearby.

There were some protesters scattered in the center of the city. Police and unknown men in civil clothes detained several protesters in a severe way and beat at least one of them. One of the victims required medical assistance as a result of their injuries.

Flash grenades were thrown in the direction of a crowd of protesters. People run away.

The victim was in the city center but did not participate in a protest. He moved in the direction of the noise to see what happens. When he came to a square, he saw OMON policemen and a crowd of people in front of them. People applauded and cried “Police with the people” and “Put aside shields”. There was no provocation from the side of protesting people.

A group of OMON agents arrived to the area of Pushkinskaya metro station. They walked towards the intersection of Pushkina & Pritickogo Ave. Then a man was grabbed by men in civilian clothes and masks covering their faces. He was forced into a silver van without vehicle registration plate. A traffic police car with ID 677 was parked behind that van.

Police detained a student in an administrative case. This was told by one of the policemen who presented himself as a major Veraksa. The student was sat in a car with no police identification signs with plate No. 4739EB-2. He said that he had not violated anything, answering the man recording the video.
