Description

The victims were civilians and families with children in a park. Two people covered their shoulders with a white-red flag, namely a mother with a kid in her arms and a young man. Several civilians were present in the park with their children and the atmosphere was quiet. It was not a demonstration.

Description

The victim was an observer at the elections at the polling station at school No. 205 of Minsk and fulfilled her duties only. At 5:30 p.m., 20 OMON policemen came to the school and apprehended the victim without explanation. OMON took her to Akrestsina Detention Centre where she was placed in a cell for 4 people with 35 other women.

Description

The victim was “detained” at Dzyarzhynskaha Avenue. OMON policemen broken the window of his car and draw the driver out. The same was done to a car and its driver in front of the victim. He was severally beaten in the prison car all the way.

Description

The victim participated in a peaceful demonstration. She was taken to a prison van when she followed OMON who detained her acquaintance and driven to Akrestsina Detention Center. Cells were overcrowded (19/4 and 50/6). The court session was in the detention centre. The victim did not agree with the protocol and was sentenced 4 days of arrest.

Description

The victim went home. When she saw policemen, she asked how she can go home and they proposed to follow her. She was taken to their commanding officer and then to Red Church where a lot of OMON servicemen were located. Suddenly, she was forced to a bus and severely beaten by truncheons and kicked. As a result, she had a big bruise on her forehead (traces are seen in the photos). Then she was taken to RUUS of Maskousky District of Minsk. There was blood and vomit on the floor and about 40 people around. She was forced onto the floor.

Description

The victim was detained at Masherava Avenue when he went to work. He was taken into a van where he was hit on his head several times. Then he was transferred to a prison van, put on the floor and kicked. In Partisanskaye RUUS, he was forced to the floor and kicked again, including his head. As a result, his nose was broken. In a basement, detainees were beaten by truncheons and forced to sing.

A man was apprehended by the police and forced into a blue bus. Women tried to prevent the police from abducting the man, but they were pushed away. The wife of the detainee told that that they had been walking along the sidewalk when about 15 or 20 policemen had run in their direction and grabbed the man.
