Near the Yubileiny hotel, a mass of OMON agents and plainclothes officers unloaded from vehicles on the street. They arbitrarily and unlawfully arrested passers-by, then they accompanied and forced them into the vehicles. Some of the arrested civilians were injured during the operation and were transported by hand to the vehicles.

Police officers armed with rubber truncheons built a human corridor in the police department courtyard to brutally welcome detained civilians arriving by bus. Some of the police officers were dressed in Police Patrol Service uniforms, others wore black outfits.

A man tried to escape from several OMON security forces. He was caught by 7 of them. He was brutally pushed to the ground and his hands were tied behind his back. The arrested individual tried to struggle.

A group of OMON officers in black uniforms brutally dragged two civilian men out of the Pushkinskaya metro station. Before being loaded into a paddy wagon, on the ground, civilians were hit several times with their hands and pushed into a car.

A officer OMON, near the paddy wagon, sprayed pepper gas directly into the eyes of the protesters. The latter tried to protect their eyes with their hands

Two complementary videos show a group of law enforcement officers in black uniforms and protective gear, armed with rubber truncheons, moving along Pobediteley Avenue, along Galleria Minsk. They were followed by law enforcement officers in civilian clothes and paddy wagons.

A detachment of riot police in black uniforms chased groups of demonstrators and single demonstrators wearing national symbols. The police force violently arrested civilians who were walking from the Stella “Minsk – heroic city”, putting their hands behind their back, and took them to the paddy wagons.

A group of OMON officers in black uniforms bet demonstrators with truncheons, hit them and made them fall to the ground. Many protestors ran away from this violent situation.

“A man was arrested by two individuals not wearing any distinctive sign of the Belarusian security forces. The latter is strongly held by the two men, hands tied behind his back. The two men who arrested him took him to an underground and were heading towards the exit.

Several detained civilians lay on the ground with their hands tied. Above them were riot police officers, dressed in black uniforms and armed with batons. They were watching groups of protesters.

A paramilitary unit in full uniform, armed with riot shields and batons, blocked all approaches to the Stella “Minsk – Heroic City” along the perimeter. The chain of law enforcement agencies was preventing the movement of the column of demonstrators towards the Stella. The distance between the demonstrators and the law enforcement agencies was about 100 meters.

A group of OMON police officers armed with batons brutally threw a young man to the ground. One of these policemen sat violently on the young man to restrain him and to stop him from struggling.
