A detained man was brought by servicemen in black uniform. Protesters followed them and cried “Shame on you” and “Fascists”. A servicemen started shooting up, obviously to scare them. More people were detained.

Servicemen in black uniform violently detained men in a supermarket and beat one of them by truncheons. People and a shop assistant tried to protect them.

People gathered on the so-called Square of Change to honor the memory of killed Raman Bandarenka who died on November 12. Security agencies including AMAP (OMON) broke up the demonstration using riot control weapons, including stun grenades. More than one thousand people were detained, some of them violently. The people memorial was liquidated after the dispersal.

Vital was detained on August 11, 2020 in Grodno (on the way from Brest Store to the Philharmonic Hall). Because he had a portable radio set in his car, he was considered a Russian coordinator of protests. He was beaten heavily and was to be in forced postures. Then the police started chasing and beating people; Ihar saw unconscious people lying.

Ruslan Huseynau, a civil activist and rights advocate, was detained near the building of the Cultural Centre (Pershamayskaya Str. 140) in Pinsk on September 23, 2020. In Pinsk detention centre, there were insanitary conditions in the basement cell: dirt, bedbugs, no cleaning, no disinfection, a bucket instead of a toilet, absence of a washstand. Also dampness, bad lightning, and constant noise of ventilation. He was to strip himself to the naked before entering the cell.

According to Human Rights Center “Viasna”, people gathered near the City Administration to get to know the results of the elections.

People in the car recorded servicemen one of which approached the car, shouted at them and ordered to get out. According to the comment, they were violently detained.

People gathered in front of Minsk Region Court to support activists of the strike committee of Belaruskali. Yulia Lushcheuskaya unmasked a man in civil clothes and was violently detained together with another man who tried to protect her. The detained were forced to a van.

It was heard screaming of a man and sometimes blows from the parked paddy wagon. A mail voice said “Please somebody deliver a truncheon”; another(?) voice repeatedly said “shut your trap” (or “shut his trap”?).
