A man was brutally held and carried around by four policemen (then a fifth policeman joins the others), equipped in all-black outfits from head-to-toe. There were lots of flowers brought and left on a sidewalk – the police seemed to try and knocked out the unknown protester. The detention followed by another once. Both victims were taken in an unknown direction. Bystanders urged the police to stop violent detentions.

A young man gets violently detained. Two policemen held him tight face down as they hang on to both his shoulders/arms/neck. They forced him towards piggy wagons parked along the road. A third policeman pushed back a young woman who was trying to prevent the detention by pulling the victim out of the perpetrators’ hold.

One of the perpetrators visible in the scene held a pump gun. The perpetrators’ helmets were marked with a black square at the back.

A young man was detained by two policemen in all-black clothes and equipment. They twisted and lifted his arms behind and forced him towards one of paddy wagons parked along the road.

Nighttime. The video captured a scuffle involving approximately 15 men. Though all of them were dressed as civilians, some were wearing all-black outfits and seemed to be somehow coordinated (possibly the police dressed as civilians). Those wearing a black uniform with truncheons are probably the police. There was some aggressive grabbing between the people involved, someone got pushed out of the crowd.

Use of water cannons by the police on this major arterial road of Minsk. The large crowd of peaceful protesters quickly fled the scene as the water cannons started sprinkling the demonstrators.

Two fully-equipped policemen wearing all-black uniforms forcefully carried a barely responsive male protester to a police van. Another detention followed with four OMON agents carrying a man.

A man with a white-red-white flag over the shoulders is being brutally detained by three fully-equipped OMON policemen. He is lying face to the ground while they seem to be trying to forcefully cuff him. A female civilian bystander tries to help the man in vain. Next to them, another female protester is sitting on the ground. She’s got a bloody head wound and is currently receiving medical attention from two bystanders and a fourth OMON police officer.

A woman was on the ground. She managed to get up and approached a policeman who ordered her to go forward. There was a line of anti riot policemen In the background. They were fully-equipped and they carried riot shields. One of them grasped a demonstrators and forced him on his kneels. The victim did not resist.

A whole bunch of policemen carrying riot shields were lined up on the road, blocking the traffic until a big police truck got there and passed through. We also see four fully-equipped OMON bending on some unresponsive protester lying on the ground. A male voice shouted “Why? For what?” The victim was probably beaten up and held against the ground for some time. A woman tried to help the protester out but then a policeman shouted at her, telling her to leave.

Three episodes of detentions of women and a reporter after the female protesters were dispursed or detained. Although the surrounding area was already quiet, the OMON agents and plainclothes police kept conducting detentions. One of the detainees held a white-and-red umbrella.

A group of about ten or twelve women were detained and held near a paddy wagon. A few masked OMON policemen, wearing either all-black or military uniforms, watched them. Then, two detainees were redirected went out of the paddy wagon and joined the group. One of the OMON agents redirected them to another paddy wagon. He said, “Move them to that [car]”.
