Identity of the perpetrator(s): Servicemen in black uniform, equipped with anti-riot metal shields, helmets with shields. A blue truck is riding along with the troop.

Military cordoned off Praspiekt Niezalieznasci. They had formed two rows of 50-60 servicemen and were marching from Ploschad' Lenina towards Park Gor'kogo. Protesters were walking towards Niezalieznasci praspiekt.

As Belarussian source tut.by reported, for the purpose of preventing people from gathering, the government forces had started blocking praspiekt Niezaliežnasci at about 6 PM including redirection of public transportation.
