Place/Location: The Traffic Circle at the intersection of Pritickogo str and prospect Pushkina

Identity of the victim(s): male civilians, an ambulance

Identity of the perpetrator(s): Almaz Special Anti-Terrorism Unit (SPBT Almaz) - green uniform with reflective arm bands, helmets with glasses, with shotguns, green boots. There was a free-moving car among them - silver BMW with the plate #*77* EP-7 (possible #7771 EP-1)

In this instance, there were no protests or visible signs of violence from protesters but rather random civilians scattered around the area in question. The military kept throwing flash-bang grenades which exploded in close proximity to the civilians. Two men helped a wounded man to get to an ambulance parked nearby. Ambulance plate #9381 PT-7.
