Identity of the victim(s): young men in black with a black backpack

Identity of the perpetrator(s): Two agents of Special Purpose Police Unit OMON. Insignia is no visible

Two OMON agents caught a young man at an empty parking lot and severely beat him up with truncheons. A couple in a nearby residential building, who had noticed the incident, screamed at the agents urging them to stop the assault. The agents ignored them.
