A traffic police car (service #745) and a yellow bus designed for transporting either servicemen or prisoners were parked along the highway. An OMON serviceman was stationed next to them, hitting passing cars with a club. Despite being damaged, cars do not stop.

In one case, a driver, whose side mirror was destroyed, stopped 100 meters later to complain. Five OMON servicemen approached him and beckoned him to the traffic police car. When the driver approached, he was surrounded by six OMON servicemen, one of whom put the driver in a headlock and threw him to the ground.

He was then dragged onto the yellow bus. OMON hid the broken side mirror. Both the traffic police car and the bus left and the OMON servicemen locked the driver's car and left with the bus.

At the 1:23 minute mark, there is a man who stops, probably to record the happenings. He was approached by two OMON servicemen and kicked. What happens to him later is not recorded.
