The video was taken by drone. The events took place late at night, but public transportation was still working and there was still traffic along the 1st Ring. Military forces pushed protesters out from Stella along Masherova towards residential areas. They used stun grenades, water cannons, and possibly tear-gas. The amount of force used appears to be disproportionate to the crowd of unarmed protesters who were peaceful and not responding violently to military actions.
