Identity of the victim(s): unarmed men, bystanders

Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON - total black unifrom, black helmets

An OMON truck was parked in front of MiniMag and "1 000 000 Roses". OMON servicemen took the men out of MiniMag and forced them onto the truck. A male pedestrian who was merely passing by the store was punched in the face by a serviceman.
