Identity of the perpetrator(s): likely Internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Servicemen are in green uniform, green helmets, black gears, some hold silver metal shields.

Prospect Pobeditelei was blocked. A troop of servicemen stretched across the highway and the pedestrian area moved from the intersection of Prospect Pobeditelei and M. Bogdanovich towards Sports Palace at Pobeditelei, 4. Civilians were walking near the shopping center Galeria area taking pictures, talking over the phone, or take a stroll when two stun grenades exploded in close proximity to them. The grenades were not thrown by the troops captured in this video.
