Identity of the perpetrator(s): Forces representatives were in uniform with black jackets and possibly khaki paints, wearing helmets, masks, and equipped with shields.
The victim was with his friend, observing a crowd of protestors at an intersection. Special forces started throwing stun grenades at the crowd. One of the grenades exploded at the victim's feet. The victim felt dazed and his leg was injured. He was hospitalized the following night. During the following days, an officer named Alekseenok Jury visited the victim at the hospital. The officer demanded that the victim testify that he had participated in mass rioting and confiscated his phone. The victim was charged with disturbing the public peace.
