Identity of the victim(s): three men, allegedly journalists from the internet channel "Дождь"

Identity of the perpetrator(s): the identity and employment of the detainers is unknown. They are in civilians clothes and masks covering their faces.

Three men, allegedly journalists from the TV channel "Doghd" were detained by eleven unidentifiable men dressed in civilian clothes and masks. The abductees were kept on asphalt with their face down and hands tied behind their backs with something other than handcuffs. They were subsequently taken to unknown destinations. The abductees were not allowed to lift their heads. A police car with the license plate "3358 MH" (#1596 on the hood of the car) passed the scene without questioning what had occured. A possible witness is a driver of a silver BMW with the plate number "1848 EX-7"
