Identity of the perpetrator(s): OMON - total black uniform, masks, with clubs

Several OMON servicemen attacked and beat male civilians from the shopping center hall, using truncheons. The civilians were not being violent at the time or engaging in any acts of vandalism. Some of the civilians tried to escape.
