Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON

An OMON serviceman beat the victim lying on the ground with a club and kicked him in the stomach. He hit the victim with full force while three other OMON servicemen looked on without taking any action to stop it.

The victim, who was unarmed, and did not resist the perpetrator. One of the perpetrators screamed at the victim's face "Do you enjoy it?!". They leave the victim on the ground.
