Identity of the perpetrator(s):

The first victim, Aleksandr, was detained when going to a date. He saw that minors were beaten in a prison van and asked servicemen not to beat the children and beat him instead. In Leninsky ROVD, he was beaten by OMON officers with truncheons.

The second victim, Nikita, was beaten in the same ROVD with pistols.

The third victim, Dmitry, was detained in the Kirichev detention facility. The detainees were treated appropriately, although Dmitry was offended by two unknown servicemen. Dmitry met a friend in the Mahiliou prison and observed that half of his friend's head was black and blue and the other part was covered by adhesive bandages. The friend was detained on August 10 or 11.
