Identity of the perpetrator(s): allegedly Special Rapid Response Squad SAHR at the time of abduction, perpetraitors wore green uniform; Allegedly Special Police Force (OMON) at a locked-down area

The victim was on this way home when he and his friends were abducted by men in uniform, allegedly SAHR. The abductors kicked and punched the victim, cut his hair, and confiscated his belongings. The victim was brought to Frunzenskij RUVD where he was repeatedly beaten, forced to unlock his phone to show the contents and forced to sign an unknown document. The victim was subsequently relocated to Okhrestino where special forces sadistically caused harm, humiliated, and threatened him. The victim was released on August 14, 2020 at about 1 PM (MSK). During the period of his abduction, he was given food on one occasion only and occasionally a little water; he had restricted access to toilet.
