OMON officers randomly and arbitrarily arrested civilians on the street then put them into passenger shuttle buses.

At 00:27,an officer approached a group of three cyclists and then apprehended one of them, while two of the group fled. Later it can be seen that the police confiscated the bicycle and led the owner to the yellow bus.

At 01:13, a yellow bus arrived with a public transport number 299. A group of OMON officers went out of the bus and immediately started pursuing people on the street.
