The video captured BelaPAN journalist Tatsiana Bublikova detained by police officers, reportedly after interviewing political prisoner Maria Safonova. Tatsiana was forced to an unmarked minibus without violence, although the police officers (one of them was with a dog) surrounded the journalist and she had no choice but to get in.

The video clearly shows Tatsiana telling the police: 'I'm afraid of you'. Some of the officers on the video were wearing  militia's uniforms, some of them were wearing plain clothes.

Tatsiana was released at 23:00 that day.
