The video captures a car with a white-red-white flag on the roof and a Pahonia coat of arms sticker on the bonnet. It was originally published by the Hrodna Police press service and was mockingly dubbed "With convictions, but without a car". According to reports, police detained a 31-year-old resident of Slonim, who was driving along the M11 highway.

An administrative protocol was drawn up against the victim for "violating the procedure for organizing/holding mass events". The court sentenced the man to administrative arrest for 7 days and ruled to confiscate his car as "an instrument of the offence".
