An unmarked blue minivan stopped near the pavement then the door of the van opened and three police officers in balaclavas and all-black clothes started chasing a person who was standing alone on the pavement. Officers ran after the person, grabbed the backpack and by pulling it, they made the person fall down on the ground, where they finally apprehended the victim. According to Belsat, the victim was detained for having a white-red-white flag.
