Time: daytime

Place/Location: near Pushkinskaya metro station

Identity of the victim(s): a minor, 14 years old

Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON; staff at the precinct, Tsentralnaye RUUS of Minsk

According to the source, a 14 years old minor was detained near Pushkinskaya metro station on 11August 2020, at 10:10 p.m. He was beaten by people in green uniform at the time of detention, in the prison van (probably by OMON) and in Tsentralnaye RUUS of Minsk. The family was informed about the detention and the need to pick him up the following day at 5 am.

At the precinct, the victim had to kneel with hands behind his back or on the nape and face on the ground for a long time. As a result, he received injuries to his knees and elbows, traces on his forehead and chin. Please see the pictures. In the prison van, detainees were forced to cry "I love AMAP" and sing the hymn by enforcement agents.

When his mother came to pick up the victim, the staff at the precinct forced her to sign a protocol stating that the victim participated in anti-government protests where he brought a hammer. The police gave no copy of the protocol to the victim or his guardian (mother).
