The video captured a woman in a white dress, red cape and tights - colours of to the white-and-red flag - walking on the sidewalk. At some point, a grey van pulled over next to her. Two OMON officers got out and forced her into the van.

According to the article after her detention, Iryna Byankouskaya was taken to Kastrychnitski per cent with a report under Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offences. She was released later.

On 12 April, Byankovskaya appeared in court where her case was considered by judge Olga Nyaborskaya. The court also questioned a police witness who testified that "Byankouskaya took part in the rally, being in a group of people and expressing her attitude towards the current authorities".

As a result, after listening to Byankouskaya, Judge Nyaborskaya found the woman guilty and fined her 2,610BYR.
