Place/Location: near Spektr shopping centre (Independence Avenue 179, Minsk)

Identity of the victim(s): custormers of the shopping center, primarily males

Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON, one of them with insignia 771;

OMON officers lined up customers of the shopping center. They demanded the victims to show documents and phones. The OMON agent searched through the content of victims' phones. When one of the victims refused to comply, the OMON agent threatened him with detention.
