Identity of the victim(s): males and females. Two male victims shouted their last names - Kadetskij and Krosovskij.

Identity of the perpetrator(s): mixed paramilitary troops and internal troops, one of the officers had insignia '29' on his armour guard

This video filmed detentions of many civilians in the residential area, regardless of age or gender. The victims were taken away against their will by officers, most of whom seemed to be paramilitary troops: in khaki uniform, black gears, helmets and carrying batons, but their uniform varied and did not have any insignia.

The women were outraged when they saw one of the female victims to be elderly. They shamed the perpetrators and demanded to let her go. She and another female detainee were wearing red scarves. More than 100 Belarusian law enforcement officers were present in the area and conducted detentions.
At the minute 2:16, a woman's scream was heard. It was coming from next to the grocery store 'Groshyk' where detentions took place. At the end of the video, one of the officers approached the person filming, forcing her to stop.
