Description

Time: daytime

Place/Location: highway, 36 Prospekt Puskina

Identity of the victim(s): unidentified male demonstrator, 35 y.o. ( according to https://news.myseldon.com/ru/news/index/240814875); peaceful protesters

Identity of the perpetrator(s): unidentified internal troops in black uniforms

There was a protest in a residential area. Two navy blue police vans (Ford) were present in the area. The police were dressed in black and armed with pump shotguns and carried large containers with some liquefied gas. The demonstrators shouted slogans. A male in a grey vest with a backpack, who appeared to be on an empty highway, threw something at one of the vans.

Suddenly, another blue van pulled into oncoming traffic.. Although there was no traffic, the van hit the man. The moment of the collision could be heard in the video. A woman with an icon knelt down in front of the van. Another woman did the same thing next to the van. As some protesters rushed towards the van, officers started applying unknown liquid on them, and another officer pointed a shotgun at them. Protesters screamed "Why? Fascists!"

The other video shows that as a result of the collision, the victim fell. He even lost his shoes. He tried to crawl away from the policemen, but they grabbed him and dragged him into the van. No first medical aid was provided. There were only a few people around, but the officer sprayed unknown liquid at them (white foam) and threatened them with shotguns. Even when a woman was taking the victim's shoes off the ground, the officer pulled liquid right at her face. Then, the van left.
