Video 2: The residential area was empty. Four unidentified males carried the body of Raman Bandarenka. Initially, it seemed that he moved to free himself but didn’t manage. While waiting for transportation, the perpetrators put the victim's already restless body on the ground. They loaded him into a white-silver minibus which arrived shortly. People witnessing the incident called for help and urged perpetrators to stop and let the victim go.

Another angle of the previous videos showing Raman Bandarenka being brought to the van by unknown individuals.

The caption to one of the videos indicates that residents of the area called the police. The militia came at 22:33 and were met with one of the perpetrators. Apparently, he told something to the militia dispatch and then they left. A couple of police cars went through the area without stopping.

At midnight Raman Bandarenka was brought to the hospital in severe condition: he was in a coma. He died the next day after surgery. Medics said that his chance of survival was 1 to 1000. Relatives of the victim said that an unknown person came to the hospital and took all Raman's belongings.

The official statement by the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee indicated: "Militia officers arrived at the scene at 22:30 and found 31-year-old Bondarenko beaten up. An ambulance was called and he was hospitalized." Witnesses of the event stated that there was no ambulance and that Raman was abducted by the people who apprehended them.
