Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON, including squad # 743; regular police (navy-blue uniform, black gears, black helmets), likely cadets.

The police stopped female protesters, some of whom were dressed in white and red, in reference to the flag. They demanded the police to cease unlawful detentions. The police refused and continued detaining women and forced them in vans.
