Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON

At the beginning of the video, many people rushed up to a blue-coloured van with OMON officers in it. The demonstrators, some of them holding white and red balloons, attempted to free detained demonstrators. However, the demonstrators were violently pushed back by the masked officers and the detainee was finally pushed inside the van with license plate '6057 MM-4'. 

At 00: 37, several OMON officers approached demonstrators who formed a chain to resist detentions. The tension was high. At 1:49, a white and red flag was thrown down by one of the officers. The latter purposely stepped on it and wiped his feet, as an affront to the demonstrators. There was also a large red bus as well as another white van and another black van
