Place/Location: in a residential area near Sovetskaya Str.

Identity of the victim(s): a minor - Nastya, 13 y.o.; Nastya's father in law Alexander.

Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON

Seven OMON agents, wearing helmets and carrying truncheons, conducted detentions of two civilians on the ground. While the agents were handling a man, they pulled out a minor girl and dragged her in an unknown direction. She resisted, but they pulled her by the arms. A Female off-screen voice demanded OMON officers to let the child go.
