Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON. "Ford" van, license plate 2135. Prison transportation vehicle MAZ 330

The victim and his brother were abducted near a police precinct. The victim was thrown into a van with service plate #2361. The victim was brought to a detention facility. He was repeatedly beaten, forced to stay in an unusual position for hours, and humiliated.

About 17 hours later, the victim was transported to Akrestina where he was placed with about 70 men in a small cement cell with no roof, no toilet, not furnished. He spent several hours in the cell with no water, food, sanitary, medical aid, legal aid. The victim was forced to sign a summons. The victim was then brought into the yard and was beaten again. No belongings were returned upon release.
