Identity of the victim(s): male civilians (young)
Identity of the perpetrator(s): a dozen Special Purpose Police Unit OMON
About thirty people (mostly very young men and women) sought shelter from a thunderstorm at the entrance of the theatre. In a few seconds, the crowd became restless and people started to leave the place. Suddenly, while many young people were still at the entrance, a dozen OMON agents attacked them. The first one, wearing a mask, kicked a youth in front of him very hard causing him to fall. The agent then tied his hands behind his back.
Other OMON agents tackled all men to the ground and twisted their arms, hitting them with batons. At the back of the video, six masked OMON agents with batons threw themselves at a single young man who was carrying his hands in the air. They took all men present at the scene in custody. One of the victims did not comply, to which the agent kicked him in the lower abdomen, tackled him and held him down with a baton. A total of five young men were detained. Women were visibly horrified, unsuccessfully attempting to defend the victims. All detentions were conducted in less than two minutes.
