Four officers in black uniforms threw a motorcyclist off the motorbike and repeatedly hit him with truncheons. A group of soldiers (about eleven men) in military-like khaki uniforms came to the scene. Later a police officer joined them as well. They forced the victim on the ground to tie his wrists.
Two of the officers moved the motorbike on the sidewalk whereas another officer called the police car via the radio station. It arrived shortly with four officers in. When the police put him back on his feet, one of the policemen verbally insulted him. They eventually took the victim into custody.
