Identity of the victim(s): peaceful protesters

Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON

A whole squad (numerous officers) of all-equipped (helmets, batons, etc.) policemen were closely watching the demonstration. They were wearing military-pattern uniforms. At some point one of them detained a middle-aged man, holding him face down to the ground, his arms behind his back. Another officer was holding a baton in the air. A bit further away, two-three other officers were arresting another demonstrator in the same way. Another agent detained a protester in a non-violent way. 

Many peaceful protesters were holding red-white-red flags. Then they started screaming, panicking and running away from the law enforcement officers. After 1:54, little groups of officers started violently detaining several protesters (forcefully trying to hold them, lying face down to the ground). A man defended himself. Because of this, four officers started apprehending him in a violent way in order to detain him.
