Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON, unidentified specific unit; unidentified troops in khaki uniform and gears which inconsistent appearance.

There was a crowd of peaceful protesters. Some of them started shouting and urging the police to stop unlawful detentions. A young male civilian got apprehended by one of many fully-equipped (helmets, batons, etc.) police officers wearing military-patterns/all-black clothes. The man did not resist the detention as his arms were held behind his back by the officer. He was taken to a police van.

We can also see two police vans in the background with lots of detainees. People around screamed in disapproval of the police actions. Second sequence: two fully-equipped officers wearing military-patterns clothes detained a young peaceful protester. He complied with the police who leads him towards a black police van.
