A whole squad of fully equipped officers (with helmets, batons, bulletproof vests), in dark clothing, civilian clothes and uniforms, chased civilian men. Three officers caught a man who tripped and fell because one of the officers pushed him.

While the victim was on the ground, they tied his hands behind his back, then escorted him towards one of the vans parked along the road. The number of officers in the area significantly prevailed. A bit further away, another civilian man got apprehended by two agents, one of them was in a uniform reminding the one of OMON officers with insignia on the back. At some point, he fell to the ground. It's hard to tell whether he fell because he was hurt or because he refused to comply with officers. The officers detained a cyclist. They forced him off the bike. They took his bike with them.
