A group of plainclothes police officers and OMON officers brutally beat a young male civilian with truncheons. Although the victim was on the ground covering his head to protect from injuries, the officers turned him on the side and repeatedly beat him with truncheons. The victim was visibly in pain. Bystanders tried to stop officers but the number of police officers significantly prevailed, so bystanders were helpless.

One of the perpetrators was lieutenant colonel Vyachaslau Michaylavich Arlousky (in white t-shirt) according to BYPOL. He also wounded another serviceman.
