Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON and Navy Cadet

The victim was arrested without resistance. His mobile phone was immediately confiscated. He was brought to Okhrestino where he was forced on his knees, repeatedly beaten, and placed in an overcrowded prison cell (65 men in 4,5X4,5m). The victim observed others being punished for moving, looking up or around, and at other people. The victim was denied access to water, food, and sanitation.

He slept on a bare floor and was subjected to humiliating treatment. The victim was released two days later. He was tortured and humiliated at the time of release as well. He was given no release documentation and his belongings were not returned.

The victim witnessed torture of others. He met citizens of Ukraine and Russian Federation, people with disabilities.
