Place/Location: at the fence of Belarusian College of Hariography at 35 Prytysckoho st.

Identity of the victim(s): four unidentified civilians

Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON, specific unit unknown

Four fully equipped (mask, batons, etc.) OMON agents in black uniforms jumped out of a silver van 'Ford'. One of them armed with a pumped shotgun. They joined two of their fellows who were conducting detentions of four civilians. One of them was taken towards the van by two OMON agents.

The second civilian was kneeling on the ground, hands up and was being watched by an OMON agent with the shotgun, which he later pointed at another detainee. The third detainee was lying on the ground, face down, until an OMON agent pulled him up and started walking him towards the van. The fourth civilian got a kick in the chest/groin because he resisted the detention.
