Place/Location: near hotel Belarus at Kirova 2

Identity of the victim(s): an unidentified grown-up man, sitting on the floor, not reacting to the beating of the police

Identity of the perpetrator(s): a dozen OMON agents and other unknown officers wearing khaki uniforms

OMON agents and unknown troops in khaki uniforms performed numerous detentions on the streets. It looked like internal troops prevailed in numbers. Some civilians were carrying symbols of the Belarusian freedom movement. One of the detainees was attacked by three agents. The victim didn't counter the attack. The police lifted him off the ground and carried him away.
