A photo evidence is a report of Dovidenko V.V., an investigator at a bureau of investigation, stating that no signs suggesting violent death were found on the victim's body. The victim Demidov Aleksey Sergeevich, DOB June 11, 1995, was found dead at 84 Dvorischi strr, Minsk. The report states that witnesses and family who saw the body in the morgue reported that the head of the young man had been pierced and that his body was bruised and possibly showed some other marks and signs of torture.

In the article by Nasha Niva, the brother of the victim said: "There were bodily injuries. Hematoma on the head, on the beard, as if pieces of skin had been torn out. Fingers knocked down, knuckles knocked down on hands. The leg is twisted somehow - as if it were broken. Dirty clothes … It looks like there was a fight or something.".

The relatives of the victim also think that the version where enforcement agencies might be involved is one of the many and there is no proof. According to them, there was no reason for the victim to be in a place where his body was found. The personal belonging of the victim were confiscated.
