Place/Location: next the church at vulica Rakaŭskaja 4

Identity of the victim(s): two peaceful civilian protesters. Unidentifiable because of the dim light and the bad quality of the video.

Identity of the perpetrator(s): unidentified plainclothes police officers

Some people with matching civilian clothes seemed to be coordinated. They severely beat some civilians - two people were lying on the ground - possibly protesters. They beat and kicked the victims. Bystanders attempted to stop them in vain.
