Identity of the perpetrator(s): two fully-equipped policemen wearing military-pattern clothes (Militsia), the specific troop is unknown

A young man was violently arrested. Two policemen held him tight face down as they hung on to both his shoulders/arms/neck. They forced him towards vans  parked along the road. A third policeman pushed back a young woman who was trying to prevent the detention by pulling the victim out of the perpetrators' hold.

One of the perpetrators visible in the scene held a pump gun. The perpetrators' helmets were marked with a black square at the back. 

The video is from an official Telegram channel of the Investigative Committee of Belarus. The comment of the video is as follows: "The video was filmed on 23 September 2020. One of the active participants was a 37-year-old woman from Minsk who stole a radio station belonging to a serviceman. A criminal case was initiated against the woman under Part 1 of Article 205 (theft) of the Criminal Code."
