Place/Location: Prytytskaha 97, near Lombard 'Crediton'

Identity of the victim(s): unidentified protesters that started fighting back as the police wearing civilian clothes involved them in the fight. The dim light and the very short sequence makes it hard to recognize anyone in the video.

Identity of the perpetrator(s): unidentified policemen wearing civilian clothes, starting a fight with some protesters.

Nighttime. The video captured a scuffle involving approximately 15 men. Though all of them were dressed as civilians, some were wearing all-black outfits and seemed to be somehow coordinated (possibly the police dressed as civilians). Those wearing a black uniform with truncheons are probably the police. There was some aggressive grabbing between the people involved, someone got pushed out of the crowd.
