Identity of the perpetrator(s): Servicemen in black uniform with faces covered with masks, allegedly Special Purpose Police Unit OMON

The victim was skating with his friend in the backyard of gymnasia No. 15. At or about 11:30 PM, they decided to escort their friend to her home. While they were crossing a parking lot, several men in black uniforms suddenly attacked them. The attackers forced victims with his friend to show the contents of their mobile phones and took them away. The victim was forced into a prisoner transport vehicle. Other abductees were laying on the floor on top of one and another. The victim was placed on top of a man and had two other men laying on him.

Transport vehicles were repeatedly changed and were overcrowded. The abductees were intimidated, threatened, and repeatedly beaten. At the detention center Ohkrestino, he was once again repeatedly beaten, forced to lay on the cement, made to kneel underneath with his hands raised above the head in the air for a prolonged period of time. The victim(s) were later placed in 5x5 meters of cells with about sixty people in each cell. They were denied adequate medical care, sanitation, water.

The following day, the victim was moved to an inner cell where he was detained with 25 other men with little food, water, and only five beds. The victim was forced to sign a protocol under the threat that would be in jail for a long time. The victim was denied legal aid.
