Place/Location: Intersection of Prospekte Pobeditelei & 1st Ring

Identity of the victim(s): a wounded female peaceful protester + a male one

Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON, one of the agents has insignia '780'

A man with a white-red-white flag over the shoulders was being brutally detained by three fully-equipped OMON policemen. He was lying face to the ground while they seemed to try to forcefully cuff him. A female civilian bystander tried to help the man in vain. Next to them, another female protester was sitting on the ground. She got a bloody head wound and was receiving medical attention from two bystanders and a fourth OMON police officer.

A photo showing a man held by the arms by two OMON officers. 2 other officers were behind him. They were all wearing batons and protective helmets. The demonstrator had wounds on his back, showing that he was violently beaten. His back was red and there was a baton mark on it. In the distance, people with the red and white flag were demonstrating.
